Recommended use: Take 1 scoop (approx. 12 g) daily mixed in approx. 2-3 dl of water, or another beverage of your choice. Drink on an empty stomach before breakfast. Take an additional dose before bedtime if needed. Collagen is not a complete protein and should not replace protein intake from the diet. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
