Suggested Use

Daily serving: Mix 5 gram ca 1 scoop (5ml) in water or other beverage daily. On training days, take one serving 30 minutes before or immediately after exercise. On training-free days, take one serving in the morning.
For best results, drink atleast 2 liters of water daily.
