Amino Reload is a dietary supplement that contains EAA (essential amino acids) and a high proportion of BCAAs (branched chain amino acids), creatine for increased explosive ability and carbohydrates of various complexities for energy replenishment, electrolytes, joint support and ergogenic substances intended for recovery after exercise. The product contains sweeteners.
”Carbohydrate / electrolyte solutions help maintain endurance performance during long-term endurance training”,
”With a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, the physical performance is increased by repeated exertion in connection with short-term and high-intensity training.”
Take your results to the next level using one of the world’s most advanced amino acid supplements fortified with various anabolic activators, electrolytes, carbs for balanced insulin response as well as joint support for worne out joints. A ”powerhouse” of nutrients composed for those who strive to develop and get past their platau in training.
BCEAA is, as the name suggests, basically an essential amino acid mixture with extra right doses of BCAA. The essential amino acids are 9 in number and cannot be synthesized by the body itself but must be added through the diet on a daily basis. If you do not manage to get the amount that the body needs through food, the body is forced to break down muscle protein to get these to the most acute processes. This is called a catabolic state, you are in so-called negative nitrogen balance. The essential amino acids thus play a key role in repairing and building muscle tissue, regulating sleep and mood, helping to convert fatty acids into energy, producing important hormones, supporting detoxification of the body from harmful substances, regulating blood sugar levels, and supporting the central nervous system. A lot of key functions.
In the mixture of amino acids there are extra high proportions of BCAAs, the branched amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valin) These three are mainly responsible for putting the body in a ”anabolic state” where muscle mass can build up and energy levels through blood sugar are regulated. It is often said that L-Leucine is by far the most important amino acid because L-Leucine directly affects a small signal protein called mTOR found in the muscles. mTOR regulates muscle cell growth, cell division, protein synthesis and fat synthesis. mTOR is controlled by cellular energy levels and is stimulated by the hormone insulin, growth factors, food intake and not least the amino acid Leucine. Too little energy in the system, lack of Leucine or low insulin levels causes the system to be converted to catabolic, degrading phase. An addition of any of these thus has the opposite effect – anabolism. We can say that Leucine in this case acts as the direct accelerator on mTOR so that the build-up speed increases again.
In our amino acid matrix there are also two non-essential amino acids L-Glutamine and Taurine. In case of a negative energy balance in the body, muscle mass is broken down to get energy and the essential amino acids are released to cover what is needed at that moment. At the same time, significant amounts of L-Glutamine are broken down and used as fuel. A supplement of L-Glutamine then reduces this breakdown and can be said to have a muscle-saving effect. L-Glutamine also plays an important role in the immune system especially white blood cells. It can be said that about 60% of muscle mass consists of L-Glutamine. The amino acid Taurine helps muscle cells to be well hydrated (have an optimal amount of fluid in them) and thus not as easily broken down in a catabolic state, for example after a hard workout.
Electrolytes such as potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium all work together to maintain a good fluid balance in the body. When we exercise, we sweat a lot and lose both salt and minerals. The effect of this can be cramps in the muscles but also a reduced performance. Fluid balance is of the utmost importance for the body to build up.
Betaine (trimethyglycin). This substance, which is abundant in spinach and beetroot, has been found by researchers to have promising effects. What the research sees indications is that betaine can increase the concentration of creatine in the muscles, which could provide increased explosive strength. In one study, it appears that betaine can increase the self-production of growth hormone and IGF-1 as well as lower the stress hormone cortisol resulting in even better anabolism as if that were not enough,
Amino Reload has a full 3 grams of creatine monohydrate, which is the amount needed to get results that are scientifically recognized and get to claim that strength in explosive moments increases by this substance. Lactic acid threshold shifts slightly and allows for a greater load on the working muscle which triggers muscle hypertrophy.
To recharge the body’s energy deposits again, we find carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin and dextrose which provide an insulin response and open the cells to absorb nutrition. For a more even blood sugar curve, Swedish supplements has added both chromium picolinate and alpha lipoic acid.
Recovery includes looking after joints and ligaments, lubrication and, if possible, reducing discomfort. Here, the sulfurous amino acids L-methionine and collagen peptides come in together with rosehip extract which is known to help maintain healthy and mobile joints.
Try an entire system of nutrition and nutrients for all aspects of recovery during and after your workout. Amino Reload comes in 3 lovely flavors.
Dietary supplements do not replace a varied balanced diet. But it can help in everyday life.
